What a day Sunday 10th June was!
The NutreeLife team headed down to Avenham Park in Preston with our gazebo, banners and a box full of our protein goodies to feed the heroes at the Hero Assault Course.
If you’ve never heard of the HAC before, it’s a bit like Tough Mudder, but much more fun and family friendly!
The event organiser, Rob Partington, is a good friend of NutreeLife and he asked us if we’d like to help refuel the participants throughout the day with our nutritious protein snacks.
Rob is also an ex-Royal Marine Commando, so we weren’t going to say no to him 😊
The Hero Assault Course featured water slides, net climbing, a bog of doom and wall climbs along a 5 mile stretch in the park.
Adam, co-founder of NutreeLife had this to say about the day “The team thoroughly enjoyed themselves, it was great to see so much excitement and we’ll hopefully be having a go at the course ourselves next year”.
To get a real sense of what the course is all about, take a look at this promo video.
And here's a selection of photos that we took throughout the day.
The starting line was packed!
The team ready to give out some goody bags.
If you'd like to know more about the Hero Assault Course, head over to their Facebook page to stay informed.
And finally, we'd like to thank Rob and the team at OzoneFit for having us support your day.
